Art. 103
Gehört das Grundstück einem Dritten, so ist in der Bekanntmachung der Steigerung (Art. 29 Abs. 2 hiervor) auch dessen Name und Wohnort anzugeben und sind ein Exemplar dieser Bekanntmachung (Art. 30 hiervor) sowie das Lastenverzeichnis (Art. 34 hiervor) auch ihm zuzustellen. Fassung gemäss Ziff. I der V des BGer vom 4. Dez. 1975, in Kraft seit 1. April 1976 (AS 1976 164).
