Art. 124
Sofort nach Empfang des Konkurserkenntnisses hat das Konkursamt an die allfälligen Mieter und Pächter eines im Eigentum des Gemeinschuldners stehenden Grundstückes von der Konkurseröffnung schriftliche Anzeige zu machen und sie aufzufordern, die von nun an fällig werdenden Miet- und Pachtzinse unter Hinweis auf die Gefahr der Doppelzahlung an das Konkursamt zu bezahlen.
