Art. 130e
Ist nach dem Ergebnis des Lastenbereinigungsverfahrens das Grundstück als ganzes pfandbelastet, so sind die Artikel 73e und 73f hiervor entsprechend anwendbar. Eingefügt durch Ziff. I der V des BGer vom 4. Dez. 1975, in Kraft seit 1. April 1976 (AS 1976 164).
