Art. 97
1 Nachdem das Verwertungsbegehren gestellt ist, hat der Betreibungsbeamte von Amtes wegen eine Verfügungsbeschränkung nach Artikel 960 ZGB zur Vormerkung im Grundbuch anzumelden (vgl. Art. 15 Abs. 1 Bst.a und 23a Bst.a hiervor). 2 Ist eine solche Vormerkung im Grundbuch bereits enthalten, so ist eine nochmalige Anmeldung nicht notwendig. SR 210 Fassung gemäss Ziff. I der V des BGer vom 4. Dez. 1975, in Kraft seit 1. April 1976 (AS 1976 164).
