Unterhaltspflicht 1 Die Anlagen, welche als Träger der Reklame dienen, und die Reklamen selbst müssen vom Nutzniesser in gutem Zustand erhalten werden. 2 Als Nutzniesser gilt der Eigentümer der Anlage oder bei Fehlen der Anlage die an der Reklame interessierte Person.
