Art. 33 Gewaltdarstellungen, Rassismus und Pornografie
1 Der Download oder die Verbreitung von Gewaltdarstellungen, rassistischem Material und Pornografie auf Computer, Mobiltelefone oder andere Datenträger ist unter Strafandrohung verboten. Auch das Fotografieren, Filmen, Zeigen und Weitergeben von Darstellungen dieser Art ist strafbar. Dazu verwendete Geräte werden polizeilich sichergestellt und können vernichtet werden.
