Genetic Technology (Precision Breeding) Act 2023
Write the words of this act the way you think they should read. Solon shows your change as a redline against the published text and pins it to that exact text, so it can never be applied to wording you did not see.
Change 1
32 Enforcement
(1) Regulations may make provision for— (a) an inspector to issue either of the following— (i) a compliance notice (see section 33); (ii) a stop notice (see section 34); (b) the Secretary of State or an inspector to issue a monetary penalty notice (see section 35); to a person in relation to a relevant breach. (2) Regulations may provide for a requirement imposed by a stop notice to be enforceable, on the application of the Secretary of State, by injunction. This does not affect the enforcement of the requirement (or power to make provision for its enforcement) in any other way (whether by monetary penalty notice or otherwise). (3) In this Act “enforcement notice” means— (a) a compliance notice, (b) a stop notice, or (c) a monetary penalty notice. (4) Regulations under this section are subject to the affirmative procedure.

One line that says what changes, such as "Halve the dog tax".
Who it helps, what it costs, what it fixes. It is what persuades people to support it.
A proposal here is not law. Support on Solon is evidence that people want the change; the official route says what it takes to make it law.

Ask what your change would do, who would gain and who would bear a cost, and where something like it is already law. The assistant reads your draft as it stands, cites the law and the studies it finds, and takes no side. What you file stays yours.
