§ 1. Reguleerimisala
Määrusega kehtestatakse Tagatisfondile krediidiasutuse pankroti- või moratooriumihalduri või likvideerija poolt esitatavate hoiustajate ja nende kõlblike hoiuste saldode ning sissenõutavaks muutunud kohustuste andmete täpsem loetelu ja esitamise kord.
