Art. 1 I. Familienpflege (1.)
Geltungsbereich 1 Als Familienpflege gilt die entgeltliche oder unentgeltliche Aufnahme tags- und nachtsüber von höchstens drei Minderjährigen (nachfolgend Pflegekinder). Als Entgelt gilt die Entschädigung für die Betreuungsleistung der Pflegeeltern. 2 Die Aufnahme von mehr als drei Pflegekindern kann als Familienpflege gelten, wenn Geschwister aufgenommen werden.
