Bewilligung 1 Die Bewilligung zur Aufnahme eines Kindes in Familienpflege gilt mit dem Entscheid über die Platzierung der zuweisenden Behörde oder der Inhaber der elterlichen Sorge als erteilt, wenn das Amt für Soziales die Aufnahme innert zehn Tagen nach erfolgter Mitteilung nicht untersagt.
