The Supplementary Protocol to the Additional Agreement concerning the validity, for the Principality of Liechtenstein, of the Agreement between the European Economic Community and the Swiss Confederation is hereby concluded on behalf of the Community. The text of the Protocol is annexed hereto.
Propose a changeThe President of the Council is hereby authorized to designate the person empowered to sign the Protocol referred to in Article 1 on behalf of the Community and to confer on him the necessary powers to bind the Community (1).
Propose a changeThis Regulation shall enter into force on 1 May 1975. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States. Done at Brussels, 18 March 1975. For the Council The President R. RYAN (1) The date of signature of this Protocol will be published in the Official Journal of the European Communities.
