Befreiung der Pflicht zur Kolonieleitung 1 In begründeten Fällen kann die Schuldirektion Mitarbeitende ganz oder teilweise von der Verpflichtung entbinden Kolonien zu leiten. 2 Wird oder kann die Pflicht nicht gemäss Art. 3 Abs. 4 erfüllt werden, ist der Stadt ein Entgelt zu bezahlen. 3 Das Entgelt beträgt pro erlassene Leitung einer Koloniewoche 1 % des persönlichen Jahresgehalts. Das Entgelt wird wenn möglich mit dem Gehalt verrechnet.
