Das Bundesministerium wird ermächtigt, durch Rechtsverordnung, die nicht der Zustimmung des Bundesrates bedarf, in Gesetzen und Rechtsverordnungen die Bezeichnungen "Bundesamt für Ernährung und Forstwirtschaft" und "Bundesanstalt für landwirtschaftliche Marktordnung" durch die Bezeichnung "Bundesanstalt für Landwirtschaft und Ernährung" zu ersetzen.
