Abgabepflicht Abgabepflichtig ist, wer auf dem Gebiet der Einwohnergemeinde Köniz gegen Entgelt a) in einem Hotel, Motel, Gasthaus oder in einer Fremdenpension absteigt; b) urlaubs- oder erholungshalber Wohnraum mietet oder als Grundeigentümer mit auswärtigem Wohnsitz zum gleichen Zwecke Wohnraum besitzt; c) einen gewerbsmässig oder gelegentlich geöffneten Campingplatz benutzt. Ausgenommen sind Aufenthalte, welche die Bedingungen des Wohnsitzerwerbes erfüllen (Art. 23 ZGB), und zwar vom Tage der polizeilichen Anmeldung an.
