Rekursinstanz in Streitfällen Anordnungen der eingesetzten Amtsstellen können innert zehn Tagen an den Gemeinderat weitergezogen werden. Das Recht zur Gemeindebeschwerde gegen die Verfügungen des Gemeinderates wird vorbehalten. In allen Rechtsstreiten aus dem Vollzug des Reglementes oder der Vollstreckbarmachung der Abgabeforderung richtet sich das Verfahren nach den Vorschriften über die Verwaltungsrechtspflege.
