Art. 30 Bestehende Nutzungsrechte
1) Die im Zeitpunkt des Inkrafttretens dieser Verordnung bestehenden Nutzungsrechte an Identifikationsmitteln (Kommunikationsparameter) bleiben aufrecht. 2) Die Regulierungsbehörde hat bestehende Nutzungsrechte an Identifikationsmitteln (Kommunikationsparameter) erforderlichenfalls an die Bestimmungen dieser Verordnung anzupassen.
