Art. 25
1 Gegen Verfügungen des Tiefbauamtes betreffend Anschlussgebühren und wiederkehrende Gebühren kann die betroffene Person innert 30 Tagen nach Eröffnung schriftlich und begründet Beschwerde an den Gemeinderat erheben. 2 Alle übrigen Verfügungen des Tiefbauamtes unterliegen der Beschwerde an die Regierungsstatthalterin oder den Regierungsstatthalter.1 3 Im Übrigen sind die Bestimmungen des Gesetzes über die Verwaltungsrechtspflege vom 23. Mai 1989 2 anwendbar.
