Art. 2 a) Dipartimento
Il Dipartimento del territorio (di seguito Dipartimento): a) allestisce il piano di gestione dei rifiuti (art. 31 segg. LPAmb, art. 4 OPSR, art. 5 RLaLPAmb) e lo sottopone per adozione al Consiglio di Stato (art. 6 RLaLPAmb); b) rilascia le autorizzazioni d’esercizio delle discariche (art. 40 segg. OPSR); c) coordina i rapporti con l’autorità federale.
