Art. 8 Scarti vegetali
I Comuni sono tenuti ad organizzare la raccolta separata ed il compostaggio degli scarti vegetali non compostati dai privati (art. 14 OPSR). Essi possono provvedervi in proprio, con altri Comuni o affidarne l’esecuzione a terzi, anche privati.
