Art. 9 a) norme applicabili
I rifiuti edili devono essere separati in conformità all’art. 17 OPSR e, per quanto possibile, riciclati secondo gli art. 18, 19 e 20 OPSR; altrimenti, se soddisfano le esigenze di cui all’allegato 5 cifra 1 o 2, devono essere depositati in discariche di tipo A rispettivamente di tipo B.
