§ 4g Vertretung
(1) Jeder Gläubiger kann sich in der Gläubigerversammlung durch einen Bevollmächtigten vertreten lassen. Die Erteilung der Vollmacht bedarf der Schriftform. Die Bevollmächtigung ist dem Bund spätestens 48 Stunden vor dem Tag der Gläubigerversammlung nachzuweisen. (2) Der Widerruf der Vollmacht ist nur wirksam, wenn er mindestens 48 Stunden vor dem Tag der Gläubigerversammlung gegenüber dem Bund erklärt wird. Gleiches gilt für eine Änderung der Vollmacht.
