Trägerorganisation 1 Der elektronische Geschäftsverkehr mit den Grundbuchämtern und mit dem Handelsregisteramt wird über eine Zustellplattform gemäss Artikel 2 und 4 der Verordnung vom 18. Juni 2010 über die elektronische Übermittlung im Rahmen von Zivil- und Strafprozessen sowie von Schuldbetreibungs- und Konkursverfahren9), über Internetseiten des Bundes oder über eine vom Eidgenössischen Amt für Grundbuch- und Bodenrecht (EG-BA) bestimmte Trägerorganisation im Sinne von Artikel 6 Absatz 1 GBV abgewickelt.
