Abwicklung und Automatisierung 1 Die Abwicklung und die Automatisierung des elektronischen Geschäftsverkehrs mit den Grundbuchämtern, namentlich in Bezug auf Formulare, Datenformate, Datenstrukturen, Geschäftsprozesse und auf alternative Übermittlungsverfahren, richten sich nach Artikel 39, 40 und 44 GBV und nach den Vorgaben des Eidgenössischen Justiz- und Polizeidepartementes und des EGBA gemäss Artikel 41 GBV.
