Art. 101 Contestazioni
1Le contestazioni circa l’esattezza del contenuto dei formulari dei diritti reali limitati
devono essere, di regola, formulate presso l’Ufficio del registro fondiario federale preposto o
comunque presentate per iscritto, entro il termine del bando.
2Le contestazioni dei diritti notificati da terzi, devono essere inoltrate per iscritto all’Ufficio del registro
