1L’Ufficio del registro fondiario federale provvede alla compilazione di un formulario per
ogni fondo principale e per ogni foglio speciale di proprietà per piani nel quale sono riportati i diritti
reali iscritti a registro fondiario.
2I creditori ipotecari e i titolari di diritti personali devono ritornare il formulario, debitamente
sottoscritto, in segno di accettazione o con eventuali osservazioni, entro un mese dall’invio.
