1A richiesta del proprietario o di chi giustifica un interesse a norma dell’articolo 970 CC, l’ufficiale del registro fondiario rilascia certificati attestanti l’esistenza o l’inesistenza di iscrizioni. I certificati possono essere rilasciati in forma di estratti dei registri. 2Gli estratti del catasto dei diritti d’acqua sono rilasciati dall’Ufficio dell’energia.7
