1Il registro fondiario prodefinitivo è costituito: a) dal piano geometrico risultante dalle misurazioni provvisorie; b) dal libro mastro (registro dei fogli indicativi); c) dai seguenti registri ausiliari: 1. registro dei proprietari; 2. registro dei creditori; d) dal libro giornale. 2La forma e la tenuta dei registri è regolata dal diritto federale.
