1Se un’iscrizione, anche incontestata, non è iscrivibile o è manifestamente illegale non viene riportata nei fogli indicativi del libro mastro. 2L’Ufficio del registro fondiario federale ne dà comunicazione agli interessati ai quali è riservata la facoltà di contestare il mancato riporto.
