Art. 142 Grundsatz
Die Spielbank hat geeignete Verfahren und Massnahmen zu entwickeln, welche die risikoadäquate Überwachung nach Massgabe der Sorgfaltspflichtgesetzgebung gewährleisten und im Falle eines Verdachts auf Geldwäscherei, Vortaten zur Geldwäscherei, organisierte Kriminalität oder Terrorismusfinanzierung eine umgehende Mitteilung des Sachverhaltes an die Stabsstelle Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) nach Art. 17 SPG sicherstellen.
