Behörden oder Amtsträger dürfen gegen eine Person oder Organisation wegen Erteilung von Auskünften an den Unterausschuss für Prävention oder seine Mitglieder, gleichviel ob die Auskünfte richtig oder falsch sind, keinerlei Sanktionen anordnen, anwenden, erlauben oder dulden; eine derartige Person oder Organisation darf auch sonst in keiner Weise benachteiligt werden.
