§ 12 Befugnis der notifizierten Stelle
Mit der Anerkennung als notifizierte Stelle im Sinne des Gesetzes über die elektromagnetische Verträglichkeit von Betriebsmitteln ist eine natürliche oder juristische Person oder eine rechtsfähige Personengesellschaft befugt, die Konformitätsbewertung nach Anhang III der Richtlinie 2014/30/EU wahrzunehmen.
