1Le taux de participation des représentants légaux au coût de l'accueil extrafamilial se calcule selon la formule exponentielle suivante : 𝑇𝑎𝑢𝑥 𝑑𝑒 𝑝𝑎𝑟𝑡𝑖𝑐𝑖𝑝𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛 𝑑𝑒𝑠 𝑟𝑒𝑝𝑟é𝑠𝑒𝑛𝑡𝑎𝑛𝑡𝑠 𝑙é𝑔𝑎𝑢𝑥 = 0.115𝑒(1.32∗10−5)𝑐𝑐 où : - 0.115 correspond à la participation minimale de 11,5% du prix de référence payable par les représentants légaux ; - e est une constante correspondant à la base du logarithme népérien (e = 2.718…) ; - 1.32 correspond au coefficient déterminant la courbe exponentielle ; - cc correspond à la capacité contributive des représentants légaux. 2Le taux de participation des représentants légaux ne peut pas dépasser 100%.
