Art. 18 Forma della copertura
1La copertura per la responsabilità civile professionale, il cui importo minimo deve essere di un milione di franchi, deve essere prestata mediante un’assicurazione di responsabilità civile stipulata con un istituto autorizzato a esercitare in Svizzera. 2La copertura assicurativa deve estendersi anche all’attività dei collaboratori del notaio.
