Art. 32 Forma delle copie autentiche degli istromenti
1Il notaio può rilasciare copie di un pubblico istromento unicamente nelle seguenti forme: a) copia autentica mediante riproduzione in fotocopia; b) copia autentica mediante trascrizione. 2Tutti i fogli di una copia autentica devono essere estratti secondo un sistema uniforme; è proibito l’impiego contemporaneo di differenti modalità di riproduzione. 3È proibito rilasciare copie di istromenti non autenticate.
