Art. 5 Durata
La pratica notarile è eseguita: a) per un periodo di un anno presso un notaio iscritto nel registro dei notai del Cantone Ticino; essa può essere assolta contemporaneamente alla pratica legale; b) per un periodo di un mese presso un Ufficio del registro fondiario e per un altro periodo di un mese presso l’Ufficio del registro di commercio, dopo il conseguimento del certificato di capacità di avvocato.
