Art. 7 Condizioni di ammissione all’esame
Per essere ammesso all’esame è necessario provare: a) di essere domiciliato nel Cantone e di conoscere la lingua italiana; b) di aver terminato con profitto la pratica notarile; c) di possedere i requisiti di cui agli articoli 3 e seguenti RN.
