Art. 10 Berichterstattung
Solange die Kantone die nach den Artikeln 3 Absatz 1 und 5 erforderlichen Massnahmen nicht getroffen haben, erstatten sie dem BAFU jeweils am Jahresende Bericht über den Stand des Hochmoorschutzes auf ihrem Gebiet. Ausdruck gemäss Ziff. I der V vom 29. Sept. 2017, in Kraft seit 1. Nov. 2017 (AS 2017 5303).
