Art. 7 Vorsorglicher Schutz
Solange die Kantone keine Schutz- und Unterhaltsmassnahmen getroffen haben, sind in den Objekten jegliche Bauten, Anlagen und Bodenveränderungen sowie erhebliche Nutzungsänderungen verboten. Die Kantone können Ausnahmen bewilligen, sofern sie mit Artikel 5 vereinbar sind.
