Amt für Soziales 1 Das Amt für Soziales: a) unterstützt die Einrichtungen beim Erkennen von Mängeln und gibt Hinweise zu deren Behebung; b) weist die Einrichtungen auf fachkundige Beratungsangebote für die Beseitigung von Mängeln und zu Fragen der Betreuungsqualität hin; c) beobachtet die Entwicklungen in der Heimpflege, vermittelt den Einrichtungen wichtige Erkenntnisse und strebt ein bedarfsgerechtes Angebot an; d) fördert Massnahmen zur Fort- und Weiterbildung des Personals.
