Berechnungsgrundlagen 1 Die Zahl der Abstellplätze hängt ab von a. der Ausnützung und der Nutzweise des Grundstücks b. dem Grad seiner Erschliessung durch den öffentlichen Verkehr c. den Anforderungen des Ortsbildschutzes und der Strassenraumgestaltung. 2 Abstellplätze ohne entsprechende Ausnützung sind in der Regel nicht zulässig. Bei nachgewiesenem öffentlichen Interesse kann davon abgewichen werden.
