§ 4. Ühistegevuse ja vastutuse kokkulepe
Kui töökohal töötavad samal ajal vähemalt kahe tööandja töötajad, sõlmivad tööandjad „Töötervishoiu ja tööohutuse seaduse” § 12 lõikes 3 nimetatud kirjaliku kokkuleppe töötervishoiu- ja tööohutusalase ühistegevuse ning iga tööandja vastutuse kohta. Ühistegevust korraldab peatööettevõtja.
