Art. 2 Bewilligungsdauer
1) Die Bewilligung zur Erteilung von Privatunterricht ist auf ein Schuljahr zu befristen. 2) Sie darf jeweils um ein Schuljahr verlängert werden, falls der Fortgang des Unterrichts positiv beurteilt wird. Im Zweifelsfall kann das Schulamt den Lernstand der Schülerin oder des Schülers anhand des entsprechenden liechtensteinischen Lehrplans überprüfen.
