Der Bundesrat unterbreitet der Bundesversammlung einen Gesetzesentwurf zur Umsetzung der im Abkommen nach OECD-Standard vorgesehenen Amtshilfe. Bis zum Inkrafttreten des Gesetzes kann er die Umsetzung der Amtshilfe durch Verordnung regeln.
