Art. 10 Aufnahme von Grundstücken in das Grundbuch
Ein Grundstück wird in das Grundbuch aufgenommen, indem: a) es im Plan für das Grundbuch, soweit darin darstellbar, aufgezeichnet wird; b) dafür ein Hauptbuchblatt eröffnet wird; und c) eine Grundstücksbeschreibung erstellt wird.
