Art. 126 Überführung des Papiergrundbuchs in das EDV-Grundbuch
1) Die Überführung des Grundbuchs auf Papier in das EDV-Grundbuch kann wahlweise für eine ganze Gemeinde, für einen Teil einer Gemeinde oder für ein einzelnes Grundstück erfolgen. 2) Das Hauptbuchblatt im Papiergrundbuch ist für die übernommenen Grundstücke zu schliessen.
