Art. 130 Bestehende Schuldbriefe
Die im Grundbuch vor Inkrafttreten dieser Verordnung eingetragenen, als Schuldbrief bezeichneten Grundpfandrechte sind Papier-Schuldbriefe, solange sie nicht nach Art. 27b Abs. 3 oder Art. 27c SchlT SR umgewandelt sind.
