Art. 18 Schliessung eines Hauptbuchblatts
1) Ein Hauptbuchblatt wird geschlossen, indem nach Löschung aller Einträge die Grundstücksbezeichnung unter Angabe des Datums und des Belegs in den Bestand der nicht mehr rechtswirksamen (historischen) Daten übergeführt wird. 2) Im Papiergrundbuch wird das Hauptbuchblatt zudem diagonal gestrichen.
