Art. 23 c) Verfahren
1) Der erweiterte Zugang nach Art. 21 wird den Berechtigten durch einen elektronischen Zugriff im Abrufverfahren gewährt. 2) Zugriffe werden vom Auskunftssystem automatisch protokolliert. Die Protokolle werden während einem Jahr aufbewahrt. 3) Werden die bezogenen Daten missbräuchlich bearbeitet, so entzieht das Amt für Justiz die Zugriffsberechtigung unverzüglich. Als Missbrauch gilt insbesondere die Verwendung der Daten zum Zweck der Kundenwerbung.
