Art. 33 Anmeldungsprinzip
1) Das Amt für Justiz nimmt Eintragungen in das Grundbuch nur auf Anmeldung hin vor. 2) Vorbehalten bleiben die im Sachenrecht und in dieser Verordnung vorgesehenen Ausnahmen, in denen das Verfahren von Amtes wegen eingeleitet wird.
