Art. 42 Gesetzliche Verfügungsbeschränkungen
1) Das Gericht oder gestützt auf dessen vollstreckbare Anordnung der Ehegatte oder der eingetragene Partner kann die Anmerkung einer Beschränkung der Verfügungsbefugnis über ein Grundstück nach Art. 49f Abs. 2 EheG oder Art. 21 Abs. 2 PartG anmelden. 2) Das Gericht kann die Anmerkung der Eröffnung eines Insolvenzverfahrens nach Art. 12 IO anmelden.
